When you choose the “Delivered to your doorstep” option you can get the product delivered to the given address
What is the “Delivered to your Post Office” Option?
When you choose the “Delivered to your Post Office” option you can get the product delivered to your nearest post office
What is the “Pick up at our store” Option?
When you choose the “Pick up at our store” option you can come to our local store and purchase the item from us and pay. We will only accept cash.
How long does it take to deliver?
If you choose “Delivered to your doorstep”, the product will be delivered to the given address within 2-3 working days via a courier service.
If you choose “Delivered to your post office”, the product will be delivered to your nearest post office within 4-7 working days via Sri Lankan Post.
Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.
What are the delivery fees?
For “Delivered to your doorstep” option;

Rs.100/- for every additional 1kg
For “Delivered to your post office” Option;
Rs.150/- for up to 1kg weight
Rs.220/- for item weight between 1kg - 2kg
Rs.270/- for item weight between 2kg – 2.5kg
Rs.320/- for item weight between 2.5kg – 3kg
Rs.370/- for item weight between 3kg – 4kg
Rs.420/- for item weight between 4kg – 5kg
Rs.470/- for item weight between 5kg – 6kg
Rs.520/- for item weight between 6kg – 7kg

An Invoice with purchased product and delivery fees will be emailed to you once we confirm your order.
Is the product deliver safely?
Yes, the product is covered with a bubble wrap for its protection.
Payments
What is the “Cash on Delivery” Option?
Cash on Delivery (Pay on Delivery) is a type of payment method where the recipient (the customer) make payment for the order at the time of delivery rather than in advance.
Transaction value will be charged a percentage of 3% per order which sale value is for more than ten thousand rupees.
What is the “Bank Deposit” Option?
It’s a payment method. If you choose “Bank Deposit” Option you need to Deposit the total amount (Item Price + Delivery fees) to the provided bank account.
The bank account details will be sent to you via email.
You need to send a scanned copy or a photo of the bank deposit slip via email or WhatsApp to us.

The warranty period may vary from product to product and the warranty period will be shown on the product page.
